Getting started

What is in the client area

Every page in the client area and what it is for: services, balance, invoices, orders, profile, roles, API keys and your activity log.

Last reviewed 2026-10-04

The client area is where everything you run lives. Sign in and you land on Overview.

On a phone the main pages sit in a bar along the bottom: Home, Servers, Billing, Invoices and Account.

Overview

The first thing you see.

  • A banner if something needs you, such as a service waiting to be set up or an invoice past its due date.
  • Four readings: how many services are running, how many need attention, how much is outstanding and when the next renewal is.
  • Waiting on payment, if you have unpaid invoices, oldest due date first.
  • Your first few services, each with a small usage graph.
  • Recent activity, your last few sign ins and changes.
  • Renewing this week, if anything expires in the next seven days.
  • A short set-up checklist while it is still incomplete.
  • Platform status.

Services

Every server and plan on your account, as cards. Servers other people have shared with you appear here too.

Filter by status with the pills along the top: All, Active, Provisioning, Suspended, Terminated. Or type in the search box to filter by name, plan, hostname or address.

Each card shows the plan, the status, the cores, memory, disk and bandwidth, the city, the address and the renewal date. Click one to open it.

Above the list, Allocated capacity adds up the cores, memory and storage across everything you run, and what it comes to per month.

What the statuses mean

StatusWhat it means
PendingPaid for, not installed yet. Usually it is waiting for you to finish the setup wizard.
ProvisioningBeing built right now.
ActiveRunning.
SuspendedStopped because an invoice went unpaid. Pay it and it comes back.
TerminatedDeleted.

A card can also show Setup required or Installing instead of a status, which means the same as Pending and Provisioning.

Balance

Account credit. Add credit and it is applied automatically to your next invoices, before any card is charged. See Account credit.

This page also has the Payment methods button, which opens Stripe's own billing portal where your cards live.

Credit ledger

Every top up and every time credit was drawn against an invoice, in order.

Invoices

Every billing document on your account, with filters for Due, Overdue, Paid and Closed. See Invoices and paying.

Orders

Your purchase history. Every order you have placed, what it was for and what happened to it.

Profile

Everything we hold about you, and where it came from. It is read only, because it all comes from Discord: your display name, your Discord name and id, your email, when you became a customer, your avatar and your roles.

To change any of it, change it in Discord and click Sync now here. That signs you in again and pulls the new values across.

There is no billing address or VAT number field on this page. If you need those on an invoice, email billing through the contact page.

Roles and access

Where your access comes from. It shows which roles you hold, whether they unlock the administration area, when you last signed in and when your roles were last read from Discord. It also shows your standing on our Discord server, including your nickname and roles there.

Roles are re-read on every sign in, so sign out and back in to pick up a role you were just given.

API keys

You can issue keys here. A key's secret is shown exactly once, at creation, because we store only a hash of it. You can hold up to 10 active keys, and revoking one takes effect immediately.

Activity

Your own audit trail. Every sign in, role sync, credential change, payment and action on your services.

Filter by Account, Billing, Services or Security, narrow it by category or date, or search the detail. Thirty entries a page, with Newer and Older to move through them. Hover a time to see it in UTC.

Anything we did on your behalf is attributed to RyzenHosting staff rather than naming a person.

Opening a service

Click any service and you get its own set of tabs. What you see depends on what kind of service it is.

If someone shared a server with you rather than you buying it, you will not see Billing, Plan or Add-ons. Those stay with the owner.
